If you experience issues when trying to order on the store, please verify if you have a corporate or personal firewall on your computer that is preventing your access. You could also try another laptop or move to another internet browser. If after reviewing these steps you are still unable to get access, please do not hesitate to contact us.   • How is my order shipped?

Ground shipping is available on all domestic orders and Canada Orders. Air Transport will be used to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S territories.

  • When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 10 - 14 business days from the date of your order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product details.

  • How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will get a tracking number via email. If you have not received a tracking email after 14 days of placing the order please contact with your order number. Please make sure to check your spam folder.

  • Are there any restrictions on shipping?

Due to certificates and licenses, we cannot ship Dangerous Goods (hard goods that contain lithium ion batteries ie. chargers or power banks) to Alaska, Hawaii or any U.S territories. If an order containing any of these items is placed with shipping to these locations, we will cancel and refund your order.


  • How do I cancel or change my order?

We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. Please make sure you review your order during checkout before submitting it.

  • What is your return and exchange policy?

As stated in the Terms and Conditions section, we are unable to exchange any purchased item because our products are not inventoried but manufactured on demand. Replacements or Refunds to Customers will be provided in the case of defective or incorrect Product (wrong product, color, design or size). We will not offer replacements or refunds for customer mistakes (e.g. ordered the wrong size, change of mind, etc.)


  • What do I do if I don’t see something I want to purchase?

Due to stock and supply chain issues there could be products that are on and off the store. If you saw it in the store, it is very likely that it will be available again in the next few days.

If there is something you would like to purchase, but you don’t see it in the store, feel free to send us a message with a picture or a link to -mail of the shop-. Once it is approved by corporate, we will add it to the store and notify you when it is live.

  • How do I know if I am choosing the right size?

When you're choosing your size, make sure you check out the item’s size chart before deciding. That way, you'll be sure to get the best fit possible!
